Hot off the press it's Hit It & Quit It Radio. I flew the flag solo (kinda) with some help from Ben Lawson & Mr Sam 'The Plan' Harman.
It's so damn hot in Auckland at the moment that the tempo of the show steadily dropped over the last hour, settling at some nice philly style numbers including a dope jam from the late, great Teddy Pendergrass (RIP), and one of my all time favourite jams - The Futures 'Ain't No Time Fa Nuthin' -so, so dope!
